Goals

ASOC focuses mainly on the case of home-based social assistance, but its functionalities can be extrapolated to social interventions in other areas (citizen attention, cases of gender violence, etc.).

ASOC for public and private organisations providing home health and social care:

  • Provides support and protection to social workers and professionals who move to the homes of assisted persons, with some uncertainty about what they will find there and who usually have to deal on their own with very varied and complex situations without any kind of support or support.
  • It improves the quality of the services provided by social workers and thus improves the image of the organisation to which they belong.

ASOC for social workers:

  • Provides security and confidence during sessions because you know that if you need help, ASOC automatically generates an alert that is notified to the control center
  • Helps to understand foreign patients thanks to the language translation functions provided by the ASOC platform
  • Allows access to digitized patient information from previous sessions as well as the analysis of audios performed after the interventions
  • Access to tutorials and support guides for unexpected situations during a consultation

ASOC for assisted persons/home care:

  • It provides a more personalized attention and quality, because the wizard has access to all your information and the results of past sessions that you can view at any time on your mobile device.
  • Guarantees home care regardless of language, as ASOC helps remove language barriers.
